About TCP & ABCi's Online Services

Have you ever used TCP & ABCi's online services? Since the mid-2010s, most TCP & ABCi services have become available online. However, most applicants aren't familiar with its ins and outs. It becomes frustrating whenever an application is stalled or even rejected. In this article, I'll highlight things you should consider, and if you have any doubts, seek advice from your architect or consultant team.

First and foremost, inspect your documents and ensure they are digitized correctly. Illegible documents are often not even taken into consideration by TCP & ABCi. Don't just take a photo using your phone. It's preferable to scan your documents and ensure they are clear and concise.

Secondly, ensure that your details are correct and up to date. Each application form will ask for differing information, and each incorrect input will affect the processing time. Provide your consultant team with the relevant information and latest documents, including identification cards, land grants, and land tax.

Thirdly, rejection doesn't mean the end of an application. You'll receive a notification through email or SMS on the status of your application. However, in the case of rejection, you'll also receive some clarifying remarks. Consult your team, and be assured a professional consultant will do their job.

Lastly, ensure you get the information you need from your consultants to avoid inaccuracies. Remarks from TCP & ABCi will cover many issues, which can be bewildering. Proactive communication with your consultants is the key to a successful application.

Using TCP & ABCi's online services can be quite an undertaking. The required time and effort can be very discouraging. However, it's imperative to remain levelheaded and remember to seek professional help.
