Back with the latest news just in 2 days ago. Whereas before any renovation or extension never needed to be submitted to TCP [Town & Country Planning], it appears this may have changed.
For those staying in Lugu Housing scheme, it appears a new plot ratio guidelines 74% (still needs to be verified) shall require each renovation and extension to go through TCP first!
We're still in the process of finding out the facts!
